Dear Awesome Woman,
Hi! I sometimes get asked if the somatic healing I do is energy healing. So, the answer to this question is no…and yes. I look at energy healing as sending energy and shifting the energy of others. This I do not do. I don’t send or tweak anybody’s energy from afar.
What I do is help women (and some men clients) shift their own energy by us diving into their body’s own resources. What are those resources? The ability to process emotions which are “energy in motion,”; the ability to change neural pathways through the processing of emotions; the ability to release trauma and stuck energy from their cells; the ability to access their intuition.
So, I’m not sending energy to my clients. I’m helping them through our sessions and Homeplay (instead of calling it Homework which can feel like tension in the body, I call it Homeplay) to heal from the inside out. And this changes their energy — it helps them move to a higher vibe so they can create a life they love including receiving more kindness.
Marriage Magic Tips:
Does all this sound like whoo to you? It’s truly not. I’m very down-to-earth and practical. And when I was in physical and emotional pain and my marriage wasn’t in a great place, not finding the practical help I needed was more than just a bummer. It was devastating. So, that’s why I’m passionate about doing somatic healing and marriage magic sessions as well as publishing my book —it’s to give women the answers they need when life feels hard.
Shift your own energy and external situations and relationships shift. Of course, G-d is the true source of all our healing, and yet we collaborate as partners on this divine planet. We are souls in bodies and in many ways, unlimited.
